PA Iron-On Flocked Vinyl is made of a high quality film with good coverage, elasticity, and excellent weeding characteristics. Even fine, intricate designs can be cut on your personal electronic cutting machine. The polyester liner has just enough tack to allow realignment of your design, so small slips are no problem. Heat for 15 - 17 seconds, cool, then remove the lining film. Suitable for both cotton and polyester fabrics. 12 x 19 inch. Black.
